I absolutely adore Robin Zebley's Custom Pet Portraits. Robin is a true artist and her work is
totally original, with no computer generated assistance. She creates her "magic" the old fashioned way with pencils, paint and brush. Robin works in colored pencil, oil paints, or watercolor and ink, as appropriate on
hardboard, canvas, or paper. She offers a variety of sizes that will
exactly fit the spot where you want to display your work of art, and
that will suit your budget as well.

Robin is a gifted and talented artist, whose work has been shown in local galleries and won awards at art shows. Her colored pencil art was published in “Colored Pencil Magazine”, and Robin and her boxer Sarge were once featured on a local Philadelphia television news magazine show. Even so, she considers her greatest honor to be that she is entrusted by her clients to create a work of art that captures the heart and soul of their beloved pets.

I think what sets Robin's work apart
from some other portrait artists is the fact that she takes the time to
work closely with her clients to capture the unique personality of
their individual pets. Her process involves photos of the pet, as
well as stories and information from her clients about what is
special about their companion. The end result is a portrait that
truly captures the individual animal, and not just a certain breed.
There's just something about those eyes and the body language...
Please take a look at her listings at Custom Portrait Art and
you will see exactly what I mean. Robin has created numerous cat and dog portraits over the years, but also has captured the images of other, more "unusual" companion animals.
These original pet portraits are a
wonderful way to celebrate your past or present greatly cherished
companions, whether they be dogs, cats, birds, or rats. They make
truly memorable gifts for birthdays, weddings, or holiday gift
giving. Robin is often quite busy in the season leading up to the
holidays, so why wait? Your original pet portrait will make a great gift
at any time of the year, one that will be cherished for many, many
years to come.
You can easily contact Robin at her shop to start the conversation about commissioning your very own
custom pet portrait. You will be glad you did.
